This is a continuous Conveying and hence most of the coal or pet-coke firing application, screw pumps are predominantly used.<\/p>\n<p>To get maximum operating life and low maintenance cost, each screw surfaces are treated with special coating to suit material being conveyed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating Principle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Material received in the Inlet hopper pushed through specially made variable pitch screw which compacts the material when advances towards the discharge position. This compacted material acts as the material sealing to feed into the Conveying line.
