It does not require any maintenance as there are no mechanical moving parts in the conveying stream which need to be maintained.<\/p>\n<p>A rotary blower supplying the conveying air does not require much maintenance either. Parts of an airlift system are: The cylindrical air-lift body made from steel with fluidizing bottom, the vertical nozzle and conveying pipe, a cyclone separator (when not charging directly a hopper or a small silo). A rotary blower or a group of blowers supply the necessary oil-free conveying air.
